Maher Centre is Leicester’s largest events venue: one pillarless 1,100m² hall for weddings of up to 1,000 seated or 1,500 standing. Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, South Indian, Christian and more, from mehndi to reception. A 350+ space private car park, 12-hour bookings and your own choice of caterer, 5–10 minutes from M1 Junction 21.
Maher Centre is a large, single-storey events venue at 15 Ravensbridge Drive, Leicester LE4 0BZ. It has been operated since 1996 by Maher Community Association (Leicester) UK, a registered charity, and has been built on word of mouth. Our Google rating is 4.5 from 569 reviews.
The main hall is pillarless. Whether you are facing a mandap, a manavarai, a top table or a couple’s stage, every guest has a clear view. Leaving no guest sat behind a pillar.
We do not do catering or decoration ourselves. Instead you bring the suppliers you love, or choose from our network of partners who know the venue inside out. Your event manager helps you design the day and keeps everyone to the plan.

The full ceremony and reception in one hall, timed to your muhurat, with your own vegetarian caterer.
Garba and raas for up to 1,500 standing, then the jaan, mangal fera and a Jain or vegetarian feast.
The Anand Karaj takes place at the gurdwara; we host the reception, jago and mehndi around it.
