Maher Centre hosts office and festive Christmas parties in Leicester for 100 to 1,000 guests seated: dinner, drinks and dancing in one pillarless, air-conditioned hall, with partner caterers and DJs, bar options and 350+ free parking spaces near M1 J21.
Shared party nights are fine for a team of 12. Once you have 150, 400 or 900 people, you want the room to yourselves: your music, your speeches, your thank-yous and your own pace. Hiring the whole hall at Maher Centre gives you exactly that.
The main hall is a single 1,100m² space with no pillars, so the whole company can sit down together for dinner and still see the stage for the CEO’s speech or the quiz. Then the tables shuffle back and the dance floor takes over. Nothing ever feels rushed, because your booking covers a full 12 hours, including set-up and pack-down.
Smaller team? The hall still works well for groups of a few hundred, and our event manager will help you lay it out so it feels full and festive. See capacity and layouts.

Your caterer, décor team and DJ set up. Around two hours is typical, more for an elaborate theme.
Guests arrive in festive best and walk a few steps from the floodlit car park, or are dropped by taxi at the door.
Christmas dinner, the boss’s thank-you, maybe a quiz or awards on the LED screens.
The DJ takes over and the dance floor fills up. We handle the clean-up.
Popular December Fridays and Saturdays book up early. Have a few date options ready, or consider early December or a January party.
Every party is quoted individually in writing, based on date, numbers and extras. Our price-match promise covers packages and optional extras.
Free parking for designated drivers and staff who aren’t drinking, and easy taxi access. Encourage everyone else to plan their ride home.
Beef and pork are not served on the grounds of the Maher Centre. Brief your caterer early on vegetarian, halal and other dietary needs.
Bar hire is optional, and alcohol-free parties are completely normal here.
An event manager, caretaker and three car park and WC attendants are on duty, so you can enjoy the party too.
Catering. Maher Centre does not cater in-house. Once we understand your party, we recommend caterers from our partner network who know the venue inside out, or you can bring your own caterer through the Partner Programme. Caterers get an industrial kitchen with four burners, a free gas supply and refrigeration. Beef and pork are not served on the grounds of the Maher Centre, so festive menus usually feature turkey, chicken, lamb, fish and vegetarian dishes.
Bar. Corkage and bar hire come in three optional tiers: bar facilities only, with two bar staff, or with bar staff and glassware. We can supply the drinks or refer you to a specialist bar company.
Entertainment. Our partner network includes DJs who know the venue, or you can book your own DJ, band, magician or photo booth. Want a showstopping moment, like cold sparklers for the last song of the night? We love that. Pyrotechnics are allowed too, subject to written approval.
