Maher Centre hosts day conferences, seminars and briefings for up to 1,500 delegates theatre-style in one pillarless, air-conditioned hall, with full PA, optional LED screens and 350+ free parking spaces, 5–10 minutes from M1 Junction 21.
A conference lives or dies on the basics: can delegates get there, can they park, can they see and hear the speaker, and does the day run on time? Maher Centre was built for large gatherings, so those basics are already taken care of.
The main hall is a single-storey, 1,100m² space with no pillars. Seat 300 or 1,500 and every delegate has a clear line to the stage. The hall is air-conditioned, so the afternoon session doesn’t start with people fanning themselves with the programme.

Every layout is in the same pillarless hall. Your event manager can help you weigh up numbers against table space.
Want a plenary and a sponsor area in the same room? The 1,100m² floor can be zoned, with seating at one end and stands or refreshments at the other. See the capacity and layouts page for more.
Here is one example of how organisers use the time. Your own timings are up to you.
Staging is included, so your AV team simply rigs screens while the caterer prepares in the kitchen and your team builds the registration desk.
Delegates drive straight into the car park and walk a few steps to the door. Coffee is served while badges are collected.
Up to around eight hours of event time for plenaries, panels, lunch and networking, without anyone clock-watching.
Suppliers clear their kit at their own pace. Our team handles the full venue clean-up.

Ravensbridge Drive is 5–10 minutes from M1 Junction 21, so delegates from Birmingham, Nottingham, Coventry and Northampton avoid city-centre congestion.
More than 350 free spaces in a privately owned, floodlit car park. No meters, no permits and no fines waiting at the end of the day.
The venue is single-storey with step-free access, so delegates, caterers and AV crews never wait for a lift or carry kit up stairs.
No pillars in the hall. With LED side screens, even the back row reads the slides comfortably.
Air-conditioned throughout, with free guest Wi-Fi and WC attendants keeping facilities fresh during breaks.
An event manager and caretaker are on duty for the whole booking, so problems are solved on the spot.
Maher Centre does not run an in-house kitchen team. Instead you choose a caterer from our partner network, teams who already know the venue inside out, or bring in a caterer you already trust through our Partner Programme. Either way, they work from an industrial kitchen with four burners, a free gas supply and refrigeration.
That gives you real control over the delegate menu: working lunch, hot buffet, plated meal or breakfast pastries and coffee. Beef and pork are not served on the grounds of the Maher Centre, which many organisers find makes dietary planning for a mixed audience simpler.
