We don't do in-house catering, and we don't tie you to a fixed list. The aim is simple: the right people for your day, working smoothly in a venue they understand.
Our partners are trusted teams who have worked at Maher Centre and know the venue inside out, from where the kitchen is to how the lighting works and how a 1,000-guest room flows.
Partners covering a wide range of cuisines and service styles, from vegetarian feasts to large banquet service. Every caterer works to our house rule: beef and pork are not served on the grounds of the Maher Centre.
Decorators for stages, mandaps, aisles, centrepieces and full-room styling: traditional, contemporary or something entirely your own.
DJs and entertainers who know how to fill a big dance floor and work with the hall's PA system and lighting.
We like to meet you first. Once we've sat down together, ideally on a venue tour, and understood your guest numbers, traditions, style and priorities, the team recommends partners suited to your day. A small family nikah, a 1,000-guest Hindu wedding and a corporate awards dinner need very different people, and we'll point you to the ones who fit.
Why use a partner? Because they've done it here before. They know the access routes, the kitchen, the timings within the 12-hour booking and the house rules. That means fewer surprises on the day and a calmer experience for you.
Yes. If there's a family caterer you've always used, or a decorator whose work you fell in love with, they're welcome at Maher Centre through our Partner Programme.
Just tell us who they are when you enquire. We'll bring them into the Partner Programme so they understand how the venue works (access and set-up times, the kitchen, the house rules) before the day. That way your own supplier gets the same smooth experience as our regular partners, and you get one joined-up team.
Many couples and organisers take one of our optional banqueting packages (Essential, Classic or Signature) which cover chairs, round tables, linen, cutlery, crockery, linen napkins and serving ware. Upgrades such as a crystal chandelier, LED dance floor or large LED screen are also available, and everything is covered by our price-match promise. See the details on our wedding packages page.
