If you're searching for function room hire in Leicester, here's what you need to know up front: Maher Centre is not a hotel or pub with a handful of function rooms. It's one big, open function hall, and it's very good at being big.
That makes it a natural fit for events of roughly 200 guests and up. Below that, the room can feel too large, and we'd rather tell you now than have you disappointed on the day.

You hire the hall, then add only what you need. Optional banqueting packages cover chairs, round tables, linen, cutlery, crockery and serving ware in three tiers: Essential (red banquet chairs), Classic (banquet chairs with covers) and Signature (Chiavari chairs). Optional corkage and bar hire also comes in three tiers, and upgrades include a crystal chandelier, tiered front steps, LED dance floor, cold sparklers, LED side screens and a 7m-wide LED screen. Everything is quoted individually in writing and covered by our price-match promise.
Maher Centre does not do in-house catering. Choose a caterer, décorator or DJ from our partner network, teams who know the venue inside out, or bring your own through our Partner Programme. Beef and pork are not served on the grounds of the Maher Centre. See our suppliers page for how it works.
